Cozy double room in my apartment in the Montbau neighborhood, where my doggo "Lady" and I live in. It is just 1 minute walking from the L3 Montbau Metro stop:
- 15 min from the city center (Plaza Catalunya)
- 10 minutes from the emblematic Gràcia neighborhood
- 20 min by car from the Airport / 55 min by public transport
It has 2 double rooms (one is mine and the other yours) and a large loft-type common space with an open kitchen, table, sofa, and a beautiful balcony where you can relax.
Quiet area, with plenty of parks and very well connected to all Barcelona with Metro L3.

The area is very chill and relaxed, with plenty of parks and greenery. There are some supermarkets and traditional bars and restaurants around.

House Rules
There are some rules needed for Lady, my sweet dog, when leaving the apartment:
-Close your bedroom door, or she will jump and chill in your bed.
-Lock the main entrance door, or she will open i and leave the flat.
-Leave the balcony door open, so she can go outside if she feels like.
-Do not leave food in places she can reach.

Noemi and lady were very welcoming from the first time we got there. Didn't get there till 9:30 and she was understanding that we had been travelling all day. Noemi was very accepting of my partners disability and is really nice to talk too. Next time we are in Barcelona and if she is free we would love to stay with her again.

Noemi and Lady were friendly, amazing hosts and we felt right at home during our entire stay! The accommodation was cozy and clean, and included everything we needed to go about our day. Noemi was super helpful in helping us find anything we needed in the area, from food to hiking spots.
It was also a great location to access everything we wanted to in Barcelona, with very easy access to frequent metro and bus lines.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
