Hello! I am Helga and I was born in Vienna, Austria.
I arrived in Spain at the age of 18 and fell in love with this warm country!
I am very passionate about fashion and during my time as a professional model I traveled all over the world, which has made me live great experiences and meet magnificent characters, like Dalí!
I like Mediterranean food and take care of the small details at the table. I am very friendly with my friends and I love taking walks around my city, enjoying a good tea, a good movie, going to my aquagym classes at the gym and, of course... the beach ;-)
Regarding what type of hostess I am, I try to ensure that my guests have everything they need to feel comfortable, always maintaining their personal space and making them feel free to move.

About the Area
The apartment is located in the Eixample Izquierdo area, a 2-minute walk from Sants Station, and a 10-minute walk from Hospital Clínic and Hospital Sagrado Corazón.
L'Eixample left is characterized by housing the best restaurants in Barcelona and has various shopping centers such as Illa Diagonal or Las Arenas. The neighborhood has the main supermarkets without forgetting the small traditional shops.
You have the metro lines L3 and L5 (Sants Estació), buses 32, 78, 115, H10 and V7, Renfe (Sants Estació) and Bicing.
Its excellent location will make it easy for you to travel to important areas such as Plaza España, Fira de Barcelona or Zona Universitaria.

For this reason, I always ask that you respect the common areas, leaving everything tidy and clean as you found it when you arrived.
When entering and leaving the apartment, close the door carefully without making a lot of noise.
The room is individual and is designed for one person, so it is forbidden to invite people to sleep.
Pets are not allowed on the floor.
As for water, it is a rare commodity, use what is necessary without wasting it.
Please, respect the rest of the neighbors and do not make noise in the portal, the stairs or the elevator.

Helga is an amazing, smart and beautiful person! Her home is adorable and she makes sure everyone feels comfortable and happy there. If you are going to Barcelona I totally recommend her homestay. So happy that now I have a friend in one of the world's coolest cities!

Mi estancia aquí fue muy agradable. Me gustó todo : la habitación, el cuarto de baño, la cocina ... y por supuesto, la anfitriona. Helga es una persona muy atenta y respetuosa : me ha permitido disfrutar de una habitación cómoda y limpia, muy cerca de las estaciones de tren y de metro.
Solo puedo aconsejar pasar tu estancia en el apartamento de Helga, no te arrepentirás !Host reply

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
