I am an American who has been living in Spain for a bit over 4 years. I am very active and almost always outside at the beach, doing yoga, sports, or hiking when I am not working, or I am out with my friends.
I am renting my double loft bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment that I share with my cat. Please be aware this is a raised bed, so you have to climb up a latter to get to it.
I'm a very clean person so I need my guests to be the same. We expect you to treat this as your home also- not a hotel. Please clean up after yourselves and do not leave garbage in the common areas, including the bathroom. Pplease be respectful and keep the apartment as you found it, and take your shoes off at the door, I supply clean slippers if you wish.
I am there if you want recommendations or help. I even have a paddle board I am willing to let my guests use if they are responsible with it :)
We are in my opinion, in the best part of Barcelona. We are a 2 minute walk from the famous Barceloneta beach and a 5 minute walk from Barceloneta metro station.
We are located in the center of Barceloneta plaza where you'll find many bars, restaurants, markets, and cafes. We are walking distance from Born, the well known area for bars, shops, and restaurants.

Do not leave garbage in the bathroom or common areas. We like a clean apartment and expect our guests to clean up after themselves.
No parties. Other day time guests can be allowed just make sure to check with me first as I work from home in the afternoons.

Brittany es una excelente anfitriona, fue muy amable y predispuesta siempre! su casa es cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario para un buen descanso y está muy bien ubicada, cerca de la playa . Su gatita nos hizo sentir como en casa, la amamos! Nos gusto mucho Barcelona. Gracias!

It was great to stay at Brittany's app. It was me and my friend on a five days vacation, everything goes so smooth and she so kind and easy to arrange and answer all of questions we had. So my recommendation form the bottom of my heart.

We loved Brittany's place. Relaxed and nice person, as well as her roommate and two cats. I recommend it to everyone. In a quiet part of town, right next to the entrance, an excellent bakery

L'appartamento è situato in una zona comoda e tranquilla e Brittany è stata molto ospitale e disponibile .

Hola! Deseo que me has dicho que tenías una problems con las sabanas de la cama. Por supuesto, se limpian entre cada invitado, pero tengo extras. Los habría cambiado por ti. Pero estoy feliz que has disfrutado Barcelona!

Brittany is very nice person. Room was comfortable, placed in area close to the beach with lots of restaurant, shops and well comunicated with centre of Barcelona. And she has the nicest cat I have ever met ;)

Brittany is a wonderful person Very friendly and cheerful, with good energy. We felt at ease, like at home. The location is very convenient, close to the beach Easy to get everywhere. Barcelona is beautiful. It was nicer than I expected. Baby Kitty has stolen our hearts I recommend!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
