Guests must read our generic document in order to get the full address and find the apartment.
Check-in is from 2 pm and check out until 11 am with no exceptions.
Check-in time as well as luggage drop off have to be provided with 24hours in advance, to make sure we are available to welcome you.
Guests may drop in and leave in luggage outside this schedule with previous consent.
The host will wait only one hour prior to check in time provided by guests, if guests fail to communicate their delay a new check in time must be settled with a risk of little availability from the host part.

We also appreciate that from 10 pm to 10 am guests are discrete in the house. People that are not guests must have my authorisation to come in the apartment.
Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room - Bank details will be informed after confirming the booking online.
Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”

Aida was really quick with all correspondences. The home was conveniently located in the city, near restaurants, shops, and buses & metro stops. A day before our arrival, Aida provided a list of recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing places. The lists were super helpful and we managed to make sure that we hit most of the recommended sites. Her doggies were friendly and adorable. The home was clean and stayed clean during our 4 nights stay. #MustLoveCuteDogs
We chose the home for the location and realistically only needed a room (and bathroom) to rest after our excursions. This home was perfect for our needs.
I will suggest pre-planning and pre-purchase your Sagrada Familia tickets early. It was sold out for the next 10 days when we finally planned to go. Parc Guell was sold out the day we climbed the hill. We went to other sites that was recommended by Aida.
Thank you for hosting us. We had a great time. We would stay here again in the future.

Really liked the place. Most attractions can be visited on foot. The Gothic quarter, which has been really impressive. The hostess Aida welcomed us very warmly. I recommend it.

Beautiful stay.
Clean and super central house, less than 5 minutes from the metro and with the major attractions reachable on foot!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
