Guests must read our generic document in order to get the full address and find the apartment.
Check-in is from 2 pm and check out until 11 am with no exceptions.
Check-in time as well as luggage drop off have to be provided with 24hours in advance, to make sure we are available to welcome you.
Guests may drop in and leave in luggage outside this schedule with previous consent.
The host will wait only one hour prior to check in time provided by guests, if guests fail to communicate their delay a new check in time must be settled with a risk of little availability from the host part.

We also appreciate that from 10 pm to 10 am guests are discrete in the house. People that are not guests must have my authorisation to come in the apartment.
Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room - Bank details will be informed after confirming the booking online.
Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”

Super lovely and welcoming host. Especially for people, which are interested in exploring subculture in Barcelona, the perfect choice.

We definitely loved the stay. The location was just perfect, we could walk to all the main attractions and the metro was 5 min away. House was in a great condition, clean, warm and cozy. The host was the best, so helpful and kind. Helped us find everything we needed. Also we fell in love with the dogs, so sweet and well-behaved. The best experience we had in Barcelona, would 10/10 do it again.

Un'esperienza perfetta. Casa pulita e silenziosa, in una posizione perfetta per girare la città, sia a piedi che in metro (a pochi passi!). Il quartiere è animato anche di sera e la strada è pedonale e piena di locali e negozi carini. L'ospite è molto accogliente e la camera è confortevole, ariosa, pulita, silenziosa, comoda perché fornita di bagno completo, nonché guardaroba e cassettiera. Il tutto impreziosito dalla gentilezza, disponibilità e discrezione degli abitanti della casa. Decisamente the place to be in Barcelona!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
