I lived in an exclusive , safe and private residential estate in Yio Chu Kang , which is a 15 min drive to Orchard road in town. By public transportation, that is by bus and subway, it will take about 45 mins.
My house Is a three-storey Tudor semi detached, I have 5+1 bedrooms and three bedrooms are for guests. My house is fully equipped with modern amenities and high speed internet, Outside, is a spacious garden and a Koi pond. The surrounding is tranquil and it is truly resort living.
I am living with my husband and adult son. However, as it is a three storey house there is plenty of privacy for guests. I am a very active person and am involved in church and community activities.
I love to sing and dance, to exercise and to keep fit. I am a house proud person and with my domestic helper, I keep my house very neat and clean.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 3 km away from the city centre and only 20 minutes drive from the airport. The bus stop is only 10 minutes from the house and there are lots of bus options to the train station e route to the city.

-No smoking in room , strictly no guest and loud music after 9pm.
-Please inform host if you were to return after 11pm
-No eating in bedroom.
-Please take note that only light cooking with airfryer n stove is allowed in the wet kitchen n dine at outdoor dining table, no baking.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
