Welcoming friendly home with large garden and parking in driveway. Direct access into city centre approx 20 by bus and 15 mins from Edinburgh airport.
We have 2 small rooms available

Our house is in a quiet residential area approx 15 mins drive from edinburgh airport and approx 20 mins into city centre. Direct buses within 5 mins walk from house into city. Cramond beach within a 15 min walk

We were warmly welcomed by June. The small bedroom and the bathroom were comfortable and well equipped.

My mother and I spent a beautiful moment in Edinburgh at June's House. We recommend it highly !! Just next to a bus station that goes to the heart of the city, the house is quiet, comfortable, cosy and the hosts are adorable!

If I hadn’t chosen this homestay for its location, I would have missed out on exploring the peaceful neighborhoods with their movie-like, small, and cute houses. Everything was so clean and well-kept. June and her husband were incredibly kind—they let us check in late and even store our luggage until late at night. The room was super cozy and had all the little extras, like coffee, tea, snacks, and more, beyond just the basic utilities. The bathroom was also fully stocked with everything you might need. It really felt like a home away from home!

Our stay with June exceeded all expectations! The room was bright and cozy, with beautiful bathroom facilities. We were looked after so well and I highly recommend a stay with June if your find yourself in Edinburgh.

We had an EXCELLENT stay here! The rooms and bathroom are beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. She provided a file of local resources and activities to explore. She was very responsive when we asked questions. June is a top-rated host who attends to details.

I was staying in June's home for a week and it was flawless. June is very nice, friendly and caring woman. She respected my personal space and every time she needed something, she texted me. She was willing to help me with anything I needed. The house is pretty close to the city centre and the buses are frequent.
If I visit Edinburgh in the future again, I will definitely check June's hosting again.Host reply

Highly recommend this wonderful place! Conducted with heart and cordiality. Room standard as in a hotel. June's great commitment is evident.
I spent a few wonderful days in Edinburgh with my sister, whose dream was to visit Scotland, and June's place made it come true. A safe area, very well connected to both the city center and the more rural and seaside areas. There is a grocery store and cafe nearby.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
