I offer two apartments and one room, just 10 minutes from Tocumen Airport, in a safe and relaxing environment with WiFi. I live alone and personally receive guests. Although I do not speak English, I use Google Translate to communicate and I have 6 years of experience in service.
The room is in my house, sharing a bathroom and kitchen.
The apartments are independent, for 2-3 people, with a living room, kitchen, dining room, private bathroom, cable TV, WiFi, and a small snack and souvenir shop.
There are supermarkets and restaurants 15 minutes away.
If you want a transfer from the airport to the accommodation for 10 dollars we are at your service.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Payment Method: Payment is made at the accommodation upon arrival. Payment can be made in cash or with a Master Card Visa and Clave. When paying by card, the bank charges 4.6% of the reservation value. The client must answer the questions asked by the host in a timely manner when making the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Guests must cancel their reservation up to 8 days before their arrival. If they do not do so, they must pay 50% of the reservation value. You can make your cancellation payment through PayPal.
The value of the fixed reservation is for 2 guests. If there is a 3rd (third) adult guest, they must pay an additional 8 dollars to the reservation value.

It is the guest's obligation to communicate their arrival time and if they wish to be transferred from the airport to the accommodation for 10 dollars, the request must be made in advance.
1. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. No pipes, cigarettes, or electronic cigarettes.
2.There are no parties or noise in the accommodation.
3. Do not eat inside the rest room. In the case of the Apartments the rule is different since it has a dining room inside.
4. Take care of your accommodation if you damage something you must pay for it.
5. If you are not in your room for a reasonable amount of time, turn off the lights and air conditioning.
6. If you bring pets you must pay an additional fee of 8 dollars.
7. If you bring children from 13 to 17 years old you must pay an additional fee of 6 dollars.
8. You must inform the Host of your departure time for the room to be checked and the keys to be handed over.
9. If you buy some food or souvenirs that are in the accommodation you must pay for it in dollars and inform the hostess.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
