I am living with my daughter Rebecca, 2 dogs and a cat. We have a beautiful house with gardens, spacious rooms, beautiful terrace and comfortable habitaciones.Tenemos 2 rooms inside the house and a large separate apartment. Our guests can use our kitchen if your convenience. We live in a residential area of Managua in a quiet and safe veciendario. We are very close to supermarkets, banks and a few blocks from the international bus terminal: Ticabus, Sun, Nicabus, Starline.

About the Area
Our house is located in the central part of the city of Managua, we are 30 minutes by car from the airport and a few blocks from the international bus terminals. (TICABUS, King quality, The Sun).
Our house has a perfect location because it is in a central location but at the same time away from other neighbors. There are a few blocks away, banks and shopping centers. It is a calm and quiet place, our guests can make walks to the Salvador Allende port and the old town of Managua. Only 2 hours from Granada and León.

House Rules
You can use the kitchen but leave it clean. Treat our animals well, because they are part of our family, they are friendly and clean. You can smoke on the terrace. If you invite friends, please make an agreement with me before. You are not allowed to drink alcohol. Reasonably uses water and electricity.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
