We, retired couple live in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms apartment in Remuera, Auckland. Entrance to the building with swipe card only and the access to the building and surrounding areas are monitored with CCTV cameras. We have worked, traveled and lived in many countries including Asia, Africa, Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.
Available two rooms.
Room #1- well-furnished bedroom has two single beds, linens, desk, chair, wardrobes, mirror and table
Room#2 - well furnished with a double bed, linens, chair, desk, mirror, wardrobe and table lamp.
A separate bathroom is there for the guests of the two rooms.
The train station and public bus stops are at 5 minutes walks from home; 5 minutes on train to Auckland CBD. Easy access to motorways. Free ultra-fast broadband internet available. Supermarkets (including Chinese, European, Russian, Japanese, Korean), shopping mall, restaurants, shops, cinemas, cafes, parks, train station, bus stops, clinics, pharmacies, post shop, banks, etc. are within 5-7 mins walking distance.
We have one secured car park $50/week for your vehicle, if needed.
Security Deposits: Negotiable $500-$1000 depending upon period of stay.
Payment: Cash upon arrival/Bank transfer prior to arrival
Airport pick up: $60 for flights arrivals 8 am - 8 pm and other times $90.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Nowhere smoking in the building.
Please close windows, light/heater off, lock doors when leaving the house.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after use.
No eating and drinking in the room.
No pets are allowed .
Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend, please ask first.
Please respect our home but feel comfortable as in your own home.
Treat as your own house for the duration of your stay.
Please keep quiet after 10 pm.

Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
