Set against the picturesque Khomas Mountains, iExtol Plaza is situated in the CBD in Windhoek on the Freedom Plaza, a newly built property boasting with luxury suites. It's 200m from the famous Hilton Hilton, Gustav Voigts center, 500m from the Grand Cayon Spur, 200m from the City of Windhoek, the famous German Church, Museum and everything else. We offer short term accommodation at a daily rate or long term accommodation at a monthly rate.
Our guests are met with a warm, pleasant, and tranquil atmosphere in which they can relax and feel at home. It is the ideal self-catering venue for overnight travelers, couples, business people, students, or those wishing for leisure time. The city is beautiful at night and safe.
Your suite is a double-story one, and you have free 24/7 Wi-Fi to sustain you and ensure that you can still get to work throughout your stay. Bedding is changed every third day for stays longer than five days. There are fresh towels which are changed every third day for stays of over five days. You have safe parking and won't have to worry about a thing

Laundry and ironing services are offered on the property at a fee and rooms are cleaned daily at no additional cost.
Photocopying, printing, scanning, or emailing services can be arranged at a minimal fee. The computer can also be used, at a fee and at Charity’s discretion. Everything in this suite is yours for the rest of your stay with us.
Our kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for your morning cup of coffee or for preparing a home-cooked meal after you have had enough of the eating outs and take-home meals.

About the Area
This luxury Guest House is located within 10 minutes walking distance to NUST/NICE and 12 minutes to the CBD. We are 35 minutes away from the from Hosea Kutako International Airport or 10 minutes from Eros Airport. There is no need for a taxi rank and public transport is available every 2 minutes and you can also walk if you love walking. All commercial facilities are easily accessible and within the neighborhood.

Late check ins and check outs as well as early check ins will attract extra fees to ensure we can meet your demands and must be communicated at all times.

We do not accommodate pets and don't allow smoking inside the rooms. Please feel free to do so outside in the open areas or in the entertainment areas.
Laundry can be done at an additional fee
Although we will keep your room clean and bedding changed for stays over 5 days, we expect you to keep our surrounding clean.
We expect you to take care of your set of keys and everything else in the house.
A non-refundable deposit of 35% is required to confirm the booking and full payment before or upon check in.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
