AFFORDABLE LUXURY
Indulge yourself and experience Cancun in a brand new luxury 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom two story minimalist condo designed as a luxury suite. You will feel like you´re staying at a pricy luxury hotel with all the amenities you can think of but without the big price tag.
A fully loaded Kitchen, fully stocked bar, luxurious baths, soft King and Queen size beds, High Tech Gadgets, Air Conditioning, Washer and Drier, Private Parking, 24/7 Security, Pool, Game room, Gardens, Gym and Sport Courts will make you feel at home.
AS COMFORTABLE AS IT CAN POSSIBLY BE
The apartment was designed and furnished by top designers that created a modern yet cozy setting for your vacations.
Variable mood lights make the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or just adapt to your personality. If you like cooking, our modern kitchen has everything you need to impress.
The led light bar is fully stocked with everything you need and you only have to pay the bottles you open. It has a 2 zone wine fridge and Bose Hi Fi bluetooth music System. The fridge has purified water and an ice factory.
A special attention was given to beds, all luxurious with soft linens and hypoallergenic materials that makes them ultra clean and confortable.
All bedrooms have brand new Full HD led TVs with Internet browser and free Netflix. The larger TV on the living room also has Apple TV, great to watch movies!
The living room can be converted into 2 extra beds of generous size.
You can also hire a maid at $20 USD a day that can clean the apartment, make the beds for you and wash and iron your clothes so you can concentrate in having a great vacation!

PREMIUM LOCATION
The apartment is located in a modern upscale neighborhood in downtown Cancun where all the new restaurants, outdoor cafes, casinos and shopping malls are. You´ll be staying where the action is near the beach!
OPTIONAL CONCIERGE SERVICES
If you want, you can also hire us to go get you at the airport, take you to the best tours at discounted prices such as Swimming with Dolphins, Xcaret, Chichen Itza, Playa del Carmen, Isla Mujeres, Tulum, the best discos, Diving, Sailing, Snorkeling, you name it. We are locals so we can get you the best prices every time!
What we do is to give you a local cell phone so you can call us anytime to go get you and take you wherever you want!
TRANSPORTATION
You´re just one block away from the bus stop to everywhere. Taxis are also very cheap and you can grab one just outside the condo. If you decide to rent a car, you will have your own 2 car private parking spaces with 24/7 Security in a gated community.

About the Area
I think one of the best things about the loft is its location. The neighborhood is luxurious and mostly brand new. Here is where all the new restaurants, bars, shopping centers and casinos are so you can walk to many many places that are just around the corner.

House Rules
The only rules you have to observe are common sense rules in any condominium in the world. No loud parties or anything that can bother your neighbors.
I´m currently not accepting teenagers without a supervising adult.
I don´t accept pets in the apartment unless it´s a goldfish or a small turtle !
Smoking Rules
Your host smokes.
Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
