Beautiful apartment with 2 rooms set meters away from the sea. The flat has ample space. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one of which is the guest bedroom with 2 single beds. I live in the apartment with my wife. You will truly feel at home.

About the Area
Sliema has everything to close vicinity... Be it the mini market for your daily needs, to the bus stop, to the cafeterias, restaurants and shops. There is a nice walk by the sea which will take you up to St. Julians or the other way to Sliema centre. A lot of people use the promenade early in the morning or in the evening to do their daily exercise.

House Rules
With respect to one another; clean; put things back where they were found. All personal items must be left in the bedroom.... Beds and other Furniture is not to be moved! No one is allowed in the apartment other than paying Guests. Luggage is not to be placed on the desk and/ or on the bed. No eating is allowed in the bedroom. Bathroom has access from the corridor and directly from the room. You do not have exclusive use of the bathroom. It's shared with my Guests. No smoking indoors! Smoking is allowed on the balconies. Balcony doors have a lock system, so don't completely close the door, otherwise you will get locked outside on the balcony. If doors are left open, close the mosquito net. No illegal substances are to be consumed within the property or sent to the address. Nothing is to be hung on the front balcony: Clothes, towels and other. Use back balcony by the bedroom for hanging. Make sure lights are off when not in use and before you leave the apartment. Make sure everyone is up in the morning before you make too much noise. Be silent on your way in at night. Do not bang doors. Always lock the main door behind you, whether you are coming in or you are going out. Be sensitive to water consumption and electricity. Rubbish is not to be left outside the main door or on the balconies. There are 3 bins. A black one, a white one and a small blue one. The white one is for recycling material to be deposited, such as: metal, plastic and paper. Give plastic a rinse before throwing away. Leave the glass on the side, on the kitchen top and I will take care of throwing away the glass in large street containers for glass recycling. The black bin is for any other residues which are not recyclable, other than recyclable or simply organic. Sanitary materials should go here too. The blue bin, small in size, is for deposits of organic material .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
