Linda in Menara Duta Condominium, 600m from LFKL, 1.5km to Publika shopping mall and Solaries shopping lots, high end supermarkets and restaurants, as well boutique shops and pharmacies etc. 2 fully furnished large ensuite rooms (>270sqf per room), with Queen bed in one room and King bed in the other room, with it's own bathrooms and hot water. Each room has quiet air conditioners and ceiling fans. Large balcony, living room, dinning room, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. Guests are welcome to use the common areas and facilities within the apartment, also welcome to share meals with the host if desires for.
The host is living in the apartment full time. She is creative artistic, doing some casual works, mostly on the weekends. She is working out everyday, cooking simple healthy food, like salad, vegetables, chicken, lean pork, etc.
There is not pets in the apartment.
Guests are free to use the gym, swimming pool, tennis court, squash court, in the common area of the condominium, using an access card provided by the host.

About the Area
Our apartment is located in the North Kiara area, quiet and safe neighborhood, walking distance to train station and bus stops, 1.5km to the upper market artistic shopping mall - Publika, MITEC, and expat areas of Solaries and Mont Kiara. There is a pool side restaurant inside the condo, an authentic French restaurant in near by Duta 28, Indian restaurant in Prima Duta. Play ground and parks in the near by Taman Segambut. The condominium has also a children's play ground, swimming pool, gym, tennis court, squash court, basketball court, dancing room, conference room.

No eating meals inside the rooms. Eating in dinning area or in the balcony, clean up immediately after using the dinning areas.
Can use the kitchen, and clean up immediately after completed cooking, can store food in the fridge.
Tune off all the electricals inside the room when going out or leaving the rooms.
Tune off all the electricals inside the common areas and inside the room when leaving the apartment.
Can use the washing machine, prefer to hang dry clothes.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
