This township is situated near Kajang. It's has an 18 hole golf course, a club house, a university , shops and 2 petrol stations to support a population of 10,000 residents. There are fiddle buses to the nearby MRT. A weekly night market is held every Tuesday selling Malaysia favourite street food.

About the Area
The Sungai Long Golf & Country Club is situated in this township. Sungai Long was designed for a population of 15,000 residents. It was built around the "leisure" living theme with residential homes surrounding an 18-hole golf course. High end detached houses were built around the golf course with semi-detached and terraced residential dwellings alongside condominiums, commercial properties and low cost low rise apartments on the outer edges of the development. The majority population in this township are Chinese with small group Indians living in this township. A weekly pasar malam (night market) is held here every Tuesday.

• SAFETY: NEVER open the door to strangers.
• FOOTWEAR: shoes must be taken off when you enter the house.
• YOUR BEDROOM: please keep your room tidy an in order. NO FOOD or DRINKS are allowed at anytime in the bedrooms. You can bring water in a safe container, like a water bottle.
• SHEETS AND TOWELS: every Saturday, please give us your bed sheets and
• SHOWERS / BATHS/WASHROOM Please, leave the washroom clean when you are done shower, or you
used the bathroom. Remove all hair and leftover soap. Please limit your time in the shower to 10 minutes and make sure you open the window to “air” the bathroom after you are done. We provide hand soap, toilet paper, towels and face cloth for you to use. All other toiletries and hairdryer, if needed, are your responsibility. Please leave the door open when you are finished in the bathroom.
• KITCHEN please clear away any of the dishes that you use, and clean up.
• SMOKING: this is a NO SMOKING HOME.
• ALCOHOL: no alcohol is to be drunk in our house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
