Its a 3LDK (67.5m2) apartment, which is on the 16th floor.
2 minutes from the station.
Very convenient for anything and everything.
Ogikubo Station has 4 lines, which is very convenient to get to most places, JR Chuo/Sobu, and metro Marunochi /Tosai lines.
It takes 10 minutes to Shinjuku.
Looking for someone Friendly, Responsible, Mature, Neat, and Tidy

The apartment is well maintained and has good security.
All rooms have good sunshine and a good view.
Very quiet environment.
I take a refundable deposit.
Depending on the length of your stay, one months notice or rent if you leave before the contract is over.
I have hosted people from Australia, Austria, France, Japan, Singapore , South Africa and Turkey through other sites since 2016.
And a girl from the Netherlands through Homestay.com. I am pretty much new to this site
About me
I am Juanella but most people call me Jean.
I have been living in Japan for the past 35 years.
I have one daughter who is living in the UK right now.
I teach at High School and I have private classes at home.
I love cleaning but cooking not so much.
My hobby is going to Japanese festivals.
I have been hosting people from other sites since 2016 and with Homestay since September 2023. I have made good memories with most of them.
I am allergic to PERFUME, TOBACCO & MILK.

Maintaining a routine of vacuuming, rotating mattresses, airing the bedding, further contributes to a clean and healthy life.
In essence, a combination of thoughtful scheduling and strategic cleaning techniques transforms the task into a manageable and rewarding routine allowing for a more efficient life style.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is exactly like in the pictures. Waking up almost every morning with the view of Mount Fuji is a great addition. Everything you need can be find in the house and everything is neat and clean. Ogikubo is a nice residential area where you have everything you need while being a quiet and nice. It’s a great place, especially if you want to explore Tokyo.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
