We are located very convenient place to center of Kyoto.
We are living my wife and husband and 2 kids.
We have 3 bed rooms. Then 1 bed room is always available for guest.
2 rest rooms also.
1 Bath room (Shower room is 1)
One of my family can be communicated in English.
Summer season (July to Sep) add electricity +300JPY/ per day
Winter season (Dec to Feb) add electricity +400JPY/ per day
Dinner same as ours add +800JPY/ per day.

Subway Ishida station 10min by foot. You can reach center of Kyoto within 30min.
Japan railway Rokujizo station 20min by foot. You can reach center of Osaka within 75min.

-9:30pm is curfew

Hisanori und seine Familie sind tolle Gastgeber. Sie helfen mit allen Informationen und vernetzen sich mit dem Gast. Die Unterkunft ist sehr angenehm, ich habe mich vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt. Hisanori hat sogar einen Ausflug zum Fushimi Teisha Schrein angeboten. Ich kann die Unterkunft, auch aufgrund ihrer Anbindung zur Stadt, nur empfehlen!

My stay with Hisanori's family was amazing, it was a great experience. I really felt like I was part of their family. The children are adorable. If you have to choose a place to homestay I can only advise you to go with their family.

Famille très accueillante et joyeuse. J'ai pu partager plein de beaux moments, rencontrer pleins de personnes supers et échanger avec eux. La maison est situé dans un environnement calme, proche des transports et commodités. Pour une première expérience en homestay, c'était super !
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
