I am from Korea, and I have lived in Tokyo almost for 2 decades.

The bed size is Single, 100cm X 200cm.

I really loved staying with Kate. She was welcoming, friendly, hospitable and gave great travel advice. Her apartment was comfortable, clean, with good transport links and close to shops/convenience stores. I loved spending time with Kate and would absolutely recommend staying with her! Thanks again. I stayed with Kate for more than two weeks and loved everything about it! She is an amazing host and made me feel like I was home. I didn't get the chance to spend a lot of time with her since I would leave early in the morning and get back late, but everytime I would arrive home, I felt like a relative was waiting for me, happy to chat whenever I had time! Kate was also very helping before and during the trip, and gave me lots of recommendations about how to do some things, best tips for anything or what places to visit! About the house, it is very clean and tidy, and the room is perfectly sized for one person, with enough space to store your stuff. The bed is also super comfy. It is also very well located, next to buses or the train, and the Lawson just down the building is open 24/7 and will always let you buy food at any hour :)
In conclusion, thank you Kate for being such a sweet and fun host, you made my stay in Tokyo even more memorable :) and to anyone wanting to have a nice flat, good independence, at the same time as some friendly support, I woud definitely recommend you to stay there!Host reply

I can hearty recommend to stay at Kate’s place. It was a truly memorizable stay for me. The accommodation is perfect for solo traveling and applies you with everything you need. Kate on top is one of the most caring and warm hosts I’ve got to known. I felt welcomed the second we’ve met. On top I got to spend some time with her <3 and received some good advices for Tokyo! If I will come back to Tokyo, this would be my first address to go to :-). All in all it’s 5/5 + recommendation

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
