私のアパートは、東京の中心でアクセス抜群の港区に在ります。
オフィスと住宅街が共存している、治安が良くてとても静かな場所です。
港区は国際的なエリアで、国内外の企業があつまるビジネスの中心地として、また東京都の高級住宅地としても有名です。港区には150か国の大使館があることもありグローバルスポットも数多くあります。またそれとは対照的に歴史ある寺院や自然豊かな公園、夜景が美しいビーチなど魅力溢れるスポットが多数あります。
◉アクセスは良好で、電車は5線4駅徒歩圏内。バス停も近く都内の移動にとても便利です。
◉アパートには、私の母が住んでいます。
そして、ゲストルームは一部屋なので、あなた以外の他のゲストは滞在しません。
私達はあなたのプライベートを大切にしますので、周りに気を使う必要もなくリラックスできる環境です。
◉部屋はシングルベッドがある約7,5㎡。
◉ダイニングキッチンには、ゲスト専用の冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、
トースター、電気調理器、食器があり自由に使用できます。
そして、バスタブ付きのお風呂、ウォシュレット付きのトイレ、洗濯機を自由にご利用いただけます。

About the Area
私の家は、とてもアクセスの良い港区にあります。安全で静かな住宅街とオフィス街が融合したエリアです。電車では3線、4駅徒歩圏内（５分〜１０分）最寄駅は近い順から表示します。
1、三田線/芝公園駅 2、大江戸線/赤羽橋 3、三田線/三田駅 4、JR山手線/田町駅
また、都心はバスでのアクセスがとても便利。行動の幅が広がります。時間が正確で料金はどのバス停で降りても均一で、リーズナブルです。
バス停は、ホームから徒歩5分のところにあります。
そして、ホームの近くに24時間営業しているコンビニ、カジュアルなカフェ、レストランが多数あるのでとても便利です。

キッチンは自由に使えます。ただしハウスルールを守ること
守らなかった時は、使用を禁止します。
●早朝、深夜は音を立てない、午後10時以降の料理は禁止
●油を沢山使う揚げ物等の料理は禁止
●鍋などに料理を放置しない
●使用した食器は放置せず直ちに洗う
●賞味期限を過ぎた食品、腐った食品を放置しない
※放置した場合は捨てます
●匂いの強い物を持ち込んだり、調理しない

I was at Lily for 4 nights. Her place is very clean and close to many nice spots in Tokyo. We really enjoyed spending time there.

Lily was an excellent host. The stay was amazing, with so many accommodations and in a great area for food and exploring culture. Communication was easy as Lily is well spoken in English. Definitely hope to stay with her again soon!

My husband, 1 year old babygirl and me felt very comfortable during our 6 nights stay at the flat of Lily's mom which is located in a not really crowded area of Tokyo.
Lily was always very kind - she picked us up from the station, brought us to her favourite place on the beach nearby the Rainbow Bridge, we could reach her for help at any time and she always asked about our welfare what we still appreciate a lot.Arigato Gozaimasu again, Lily - take care always! :)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
