Francesca and Bob live with their children, in a quiet hilly area immersed in olive groves, vineyards and woods. Patriarch of Cyclists, offers numerous hiking and walking trails, as well as great agritourisms.
The house is 1 km outside the village center of Pozzolo, on a slope of the hill, where there are numerous summer cottages. The house is adjacent to another small house but has its own large garden. In the garden privacy is ensured, not visible from the street.
The house is large and dates back to 1700 (recently renovated), offering all the comforts. The rooms are large and bright; There are three bathrooms, a garage, a laundry room, two living rooms, three bedrooms and a spacious kitchen. Outside there is a porch, furnished with tables and chairs, great for summer dinners and upstairs a terrace. In addition to heating gray gray days, we have two powerful wood stoves.
Francesca works as a secretary and Bob runs a store. Both are often out of the house. They love to spend time in the open air, Francesca is a very active person, loves sports, associative life and weaving international relations.

We are 18 km from the city center and only 20 minutes by car. Our house is located just south of Vicenza, in the green of the Berici, quiet location in a neighborhood called Pozzolo of Villaga with a past dedicated to crops in particular olives and vines, we are manufacturers of olive oil and our guests can buy it at Affordable

Feel free to use the kitchen, but leave it clean. Reduce the noise after eleven.
Payment Methods:
Please make the payment by bank account at the following IBAN: IT42N0316901600CC0010029561 in advance of 10 days to guarantee the reservation itself (excluding the deposit 15% deposit fee already paid to Homestay to make the reservation.
We ask our guests to cancel the reservation with at least 7 days notice. For cancellations made after this deadline, no refund will be made.

il mio soggiorno a casa di Francesca è stato meraviglioso. Una bella casa, la mia stanza molto pulita e confortevole. L'ospitalità di Francesca e Roberto non avrebbe potuto essere migliore. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
