I offer a bright and large bedroom with private balcony, with a double bed and a wardrobe; the bathroom will be shared with me and my cats.
The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan; in the summer it will be very welcome :-)
Use of the kitchen and the fridge is included; breakfast on request.
My home is a pet-friendly environment, you will be sharing the house with me and my siamese cats.
I live 3 minutes from a metro station (M3 line), 15 minutes from Duomo square and 20 minutes from the Central Station.
The area is called Souprada (South of Prada) and in 10 minutes walk you are in Porta Romana, an area full of nice restaurants, bars and cafes. Bocconi University and the Navigli area famous for the nightlife are also close.
I speak German, English, some French and of course ...Italian.
I prefer to have guests during the weekend, so that I can be home to welcome you but in case you have other requirements please get in touch with me.

Absoloutely loved the place. Simonetta was nothing but kind, warm and charming and helped me settle in quite quickly in Milan. She showed me around and gave great tours and took me out for activites as well. Her home was nothing but warm and inviting and the cats were a great stress reliever. Everything was very clean and available. Feels like I made a friend. Highly recommend this Homestay.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
