Our home is a spacious four bedroomed, detached house in a quiet estate. The room to rent is bright and airy with a new double bed and a black-out blind. There is a large wardrobe, a desk and a sink with hot & cold water. The modern bathroom is just across the hall. It has a power shower, a WC and sink.
Downstairs the kitchen has all modern conveniences including an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and everything you need to cook. You will also have your own shelf in the cupboard and fridge. The sitting room has comfortable couches, a tv with Sky and Netflix. There are french doors opening into the mature garden. There is fibre WiFi throughout the house. Outside there is on street parking.
The house ideally situated close to all amenities. It is a five minute walk from a bus stop for C1 and C2 buses that have a frequent service to Dublin city centre on the fast bus corridor. The L54 stops nearby and connects to the Luas line at the Red Cow

Our home is located in a south western suburb of Dublin City, close to Liffey Valley shopping centre and all amenities. It is a five minute walk to bus stop, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, pub and hairdressers. There are two lovely parks nearby.

Catherine and her partner are wonderful hosts!
I had an excellent stay in their house, which was very clean. The bedroom was perfect with a very comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend it!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
