EVENING MEAL INCLUDED. We are an Irish/Italian family . We tend to have people stay with us long term.
We have a large home with plenty of room for all. Back and front gardens with seating. We have a 2 small dogs. In our area there are shops restaurants and bars. The local transport is a 2 minute walk from our house, the bus to city centre takes about 45 minutes. We are walking distance to IBM & Facebook and Blanchardstown centre is a 10 minute bus ride or a 30 minute walk.
We are friendly respectful people and we live by the moto respect and be respected. We are an easy going family we like to do things spontaneously. We look forward to hearing from you. Any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Evening meal is included in the price . I do not mind if you want to cook breakfast/lunch for yourself but i am very fussy that the kitchen is left clean after you, utensils pots etc washed, dried and put back where you found them. You have use of washing machine but there is an Extra charge for use of dryer. Bathroom is shared with 2 other people so again clean after yourself. Our home is clean and we all like it to be kept that way. There is smoking allowed but restricted to one room.
Additional Info
There is NO extra charge for wifi, laundry, use of kitchen, off street parking etc. Languages in the house are fluent Italian a little Spanish and of course English.

About the Area
Our house is located in Clonee minutes walk to transport, shops, gym and all local amenities. It is about a 30-45 minute bus ride to the city centre. We have a park beside the house so if you like to walk or jog it is ideal. There is a huge shopping centre not far from the house about a 10 min bus ride and all the shops you need or want.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Keep your own space clean. Alex and I do all the major cleaning but we do appreciate a guest who picks up after themselves. We have a few small requests we ask our guests to adhere to while staying at our home, nothing major just common sense. We do not tolerate rude people as we are not rude to anyone. Just respect our home and all will be fine. Under no circumstances is smoking allowed in the bedrooms there is a room available for smokers and if you wish to smoke indoors we ask you to use this room only.

Beste Gastfamilie in Dublin! Das Haus ist etwas außerhalb von Dublin gelegen, aber sehr ruhig. Es ist gleich daneben ein Park. Es ist in der nähe eine Bushaltestelle. Es dauert 40min mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum. Sie haben 3 liebe Hunde. Es ist alles im Preis dabei (Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bad- und Küchennutzung. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Das Gemeinsame Dinner mit der Familie war meistens sehr lecker und man hat eine tolle Gemeinschaft. Vor dem Haus habe Ich mein Auto parken können. Supermarkt ist auch nicht so weit weg.

I have spent 4 months with Martina and Alex, and I didn't want to go back in France! My experience in Ireland was exceptional thanks to this lovely family, and I have discovered Irish (and Italian) culture, which was amazing. For me, it was like a second family and I'm glad to have met them. I hope to come back soon in this family.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
