I’m Amanda , im a mam & i have 4 children , 2 of who live abroad.I've two teenagers 1 female , 1 male in school aged 16yrs & 15 yrs. we are friendly & outgoing . We like to walk in local parks & eating out , we frequently go to cinema plus it’s within walking distance from our home . Our home is bright & airy we have super fast fibre WiFi / internet , parking in driveway available . Gas central heating. Electric shower , bath ,security Cctv covering all of the house . We live on a quiet settled Rd with lovely neighbours . All amenities you could want on our doorstep ,multiple gyms , 3 public swimming pools , sports centre, Astro park . 3/4 shopping centres, retail parks. The area is well serviced with public transport multiple choice of bus routes , train, taxis.
Our Bathroom is newly renovated , all rooms are bright airy ,the room for rent is modern with brand new bed & brand new bedding linen & new wooden floors . Lovely front garden you can sit outside seating available & out back garden there is also seating area.

Dart/ train station 4 km away . Buses 43,42,15 N4,N6 all walking distance . 2 Local parks . Cinema 5 min walk . Local shops 5 mins walk . Malahide & swords & howth fishing village all accessible by bus . Coast Rd & beach around 4 km away . M50/ M1 motorway 5 mins from house . Airport 10 mins drive , there is also a shuttle bus from local hotel (10 min walk ) to airport . Beaumont hospital within walking distance approx 20 mins or a 5 /10 min drive. Bus service to hospital within walking distance .

If booking cancelled the 25% deposit is non refundable.
For stays up to 30 days will require a refundable security deposit of €100
For stays 30 days or more will require a refundable security deposit of €250

It's very quiet at night, you can turn on the heater when you gets cold, the kitchen utensils are complete, and you bring your own ingredients and seasonings. Thank Amanda for the hospitality.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
