My home is in a peaceful area in Greenhills surrounded by many shops, parks and recreation facilities. I am a young widow living with my two sons age 13 and 10 and our Maltese puppy Milly. I have a large single room with plenty of storage space, desk, locker, TV, WIFI and access to two bathrooms. We have a main large sitting room with a second bright private room. There is a large kitchen with all Mod cons and a large rear garden with patio area. Laundry room available too. Breakfast and evening meals will be supplied however there is also a private fridge for guest own contents. I work in a school with Special needs close by and my children are interested in technology and sports. Milly is very playfull and enjoys cuddles.

About the Area
Our house is located on the south side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 2 km from the city centre and only 20 minutes drive from the airport.
The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop. The coast is a 10 minute drive.
The area is has some lovely cafes, bars and restaurants. It walking distance to the Ashleaf shopping Center and Rathfarnham shopping Center. There is many local supermarkets, Hairdressers and recreational facilities all close by. There are numerous buses within 5 minute walk to anywhere in the city. The beautiful Tymon park with its lakes and woods is ideally located within 5 minutes walk.

An really nice experience. Sharon was very friendly, pleasant and serious person. The house and room was very nice, tidy, cozy and comfortable. Good emplacement next to bus stops to center, park and shopping center. I do recommend.

The host cancelled the booking 4 days before the arrival date.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
