We are a married couple in our mid 30’s, with a small friendly dog and a 1 year old boy. We have a Double en-suite available in a large penthouse apartment overlooking a river.
Normal consumption of electricity is included in the room rental price however excessive use may incur additional costs. During term time we also include home cooked meals and food.

About the Area
Our home is located in Bray. There is a small shop right beside us. There is a bus stop directly outside or you can take the scenic 15 minute walk along the river bank to Bray Main Street and beach area. This also connects to other modes of transport e.g. DART and buses to Dublin City Centre. Bray is a fun scenic town with lovely walks, restaurants and pubs. We can assist you with local information to let you know the best spots.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Once you have booked we require a €175 security deposit which is returned at the end of your stay providing everything is in order.
If we cancel the booking we will return your security deposit in full.
If you cancel the booking, a percentage of your deposit will be returned depending on how much notice you give us of your cancellation.

I'm a french student and was in Bray for an internship. I had a really good time with Hazel, Vicky, Ezra and Bailey. Everyone was very friendly and the flat is great !

Vicky and Hazel are the loveliest hosts you can ask for !! I stayed with them for 9 months and it was a home away from home! The room was perfect for me and any problems they tried to sort right away. Additionally, the meals provided were healthy and tasty. Would highly recommend staying with them :)

I have spent a incredible time in Bray with Vicky and Hazel, Bailey and baby Ezra!
I’ll miss them, they have hosted me like family.
Everything was on point, the view from the bedroom, food, flexibility, communication, help.Best choice and very good experience for me, i feel thankful because i’m french and finding accomodation is not easy in Ireland.

A really lovely experience!
I've been here for two months and I would strongly recommend to be hosted at Hazel and Vicky's home. It was the best experience staying here, they were both really gentle, warm and helpful that I really felt I was at home.
They offer you everything you may need and regarding the food, I've really enjoyed all their dishes, they cook amazingly well.I would highly recommend to stay here and I would definitely choose it again.

It was a real pleasure and a great experience to stay with Hazel and Vicky during my internship ! They are adorable, very welcoming and they are really good cooks ! The appartment with the balcony is really nice as well! I highly recommend

I stayed with Vicky and Hazel for 7 weeks and had an amazing time. They are both super nice and accommodating. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, the room is very spacious and comfy. I also hugely enjoyed the meals (and company) Vicky and Hazel provided. I definitely recommend staying with them!

Vicky and Hazel are fantastic hosts. I felt very comfortable in their home and I got everything I needed. The communication was very clear and friendly too and it has been one of the best stays I've ever had. Big fan of the meal plan system! They were happy to accommodate to my dietary needs as well. Perfect on all fronts.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
