I live on my own in a beautiful two bedroom apt. My family live in the city of Qom and once a while I go and visit them. I have lots of friends in tehran and if you like to meet local people we may be able to hang out with friends (if they are around). I lived in the US for a while got my urban planning degree, and I am extremely happy to be back home for the last 1 and half year. I work as an urban planner and also as marketing manager of my family business.
I love my apartment, it's a brand new apartment with great light, view, and neighbors and. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood in west Tehran with a great access to bakery, supermarket and etc. message me for more info :). If you are a dog lover there is a cool park 2 minutes away from the house where people walk with their dogs in the evening.
I have 2 lovely rooms to offer in the apartment. When both rooms are booked at the same time, I sleep on the couch. So, you will always have a private room.

About the Area
The apt is located on the west side of tehran. it takes about 20 min to get to the city center by car if there is no traffic. During pick hours it will take about 1 hr and 30 min. You can take taxi, bus, metro and their combination to get to different part of the city. The neighborhood is very peaceful with lots of young people living in it. there is a cool park 2 minutes away from the apt with a great view to the city. With just about 15 minutes walk you can reach to the northern mountains of tehran and enjoy the view.
In case you are interested in Iranian Style restaurant and hooka, the good news is that you are just 20 minutes away from Farahzad valley which is the coolest restaurant/cafe area in tehran.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
