House Rules
Most important rule is being tidy and clean
1.In Iranian culture when you go a room it is required to take off your shoes. This is to be more clean when you enter a room .
2. Please use slippers on every surface that is not covered with rugs or mats. This keeps your feet clean and when you go inside the room it doesn't make it dirty.
3. Separate shoes are to be used in the toilet and bathroom (slippers or flip flop).
4. We have two kinds of toilets sitting and squatting, which are the Western type and Iranian type respectively. Please sit, don't use it standing up.
After your shower, please clean the bathroom. This can be done by wiping up excess water with the provided broom, taking your rubbish, collecting any hair that may be left behind and throwing them in the bin.
5. The kitchen is just for making tea. Please use plates and a knife to have fruit and clean your dishes after after. Please ask me if you are wanting to cook, as I need to be sure that you will clean it after.
6. Please separate your recycling garbage into organic and plastic.
7. We have a living room to enjoy beverages such as coffee and tea. Please do not consume these in your bedroom, as it spill on furniture which are difficult and a large effort to clean.
8. If you want to put something in the fridge, write your name on it and when you want to leave either discard or take your remaining food with you.
9. Please do not open the front gate for others that you don't know when they ring the door bell.
10. Breakfast is served from 8 to 9:30 am .
11. The laundry, iron and hair dryer each cost 1 Euro. These will be checked after use to ensure they aren't damaged.
12. It is required upon arrival to pay a deposit for the key of 1 Euro. You will receive this back upon departure, provided that you have not lost the key.
13. If anything is broken during your stay, you will be required to pay a replacement fee for the associated item upon departure.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
