Modern Compact , Cozy 2BHDK house in the capital city of Kerala ideal for families , working professionals and couples . Located in a calm and quiet residential area within 10 km reach from the city Centre. It's a single story house with covered roof top built in a unique architectural style. It has two side road access with one covered parking facility and one open parking space. This house has three different side way look. Newly built of high quality materials accessories and best of wooden furniture and interior furnishings. We provide all modern facilities including a small organized modern parallel kitchen with LPG hob , refrigerator and microwave oven water filter and all basic kitchen wares. Have 4 seater dining table and stylish wash counter is provided. Living room with modern teak wood seating arrangements and android smart TV with cable connection is also provided. This house is ideal for work from home techies and those who would like to freak silently. We have set a workspace with lap top table, power sockets and have android 32 inches TV with Wi-Fi connectivity for online meetings. Upstair space raceable by spiral stairs is provided from patio with a roof top balcony having seating arrangements, lightings and garden. The roof top is ideal for partying ,morning work outs and yoga . This covered roof top space is provided of power plugs for lap top and mobile charging. Washing machine and cloth drying space is also provided upstairs. We have a spacious exterior yard with well maintained natural grass lawn and a small garden and water body . The house is located in a clam quiet and friendly Residential colony. Guests will have easy access to super market Auto Rickshaw stand, bus stop , church , temple all within walkable distance. State highway is just 1.5 km away and nearest hospital, market and bus station all with in 3 km . Two wheeler gear less bike can be be provided on daily rental basis. There are many tourist spots including Beach Hill stations etc. within 50 km radius. International Airport is just 15 km away and Central railway Station and Bus station is just 10 km away.

Located in the city limits of Thiruvananthapuram. A modern compact two bed room independent house with all amenities offering quite and comfortable stay away from the maddening city but within a distance of 10 km from city cetre and 15 km for International Airport. An ideal place for those looking for a quite hideout to enjoy thier vacation or complete thier project works in peace.

1.Rules as per local rules and custom
2.Guest Relation form to be filled up and copy of Photo ID to be submitted while checking in
3.No alcohol and smoking allowed inside the house . We have a rooftop partying area where you can chill
4.Kitchen equipment are allowed to be used only with prior permission and briefing
5.Guest shall be allowed to use entire property
6.Generally No pets allowed. But on request trained dogs can be allowed on payment of additional charges
7.Silent hours from 11 PM to 5 AM
8.No late night partying or lights
9.No plastics or electronic waste allowed

Must use all utilities including water, power, data to the minimum essential level
12. Host will have access to the exterior premises of property including Upstair space for cleaning, gardening and surveillance except during silent hours .
13.Host access to interior of property for maintenance and cleaning as required shall be in the presence of guests and prior intimation only .
14. Day time visitors allowed with prior permission of host and overnight stay will not be allowed .
15. Partying and get-togethers will be allowed with prior permission and time scheduling . Payment of additional charges of INR.500 per head per event per day will be applicable.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
