The Entire 5BHK Space located at ground floor of house and very close vicinity to Triton Mall in Jhotwara Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan India. The Unit comes with 5 bed rooms, 5 bathrooms (2 attached and 3 common), Kitchen, Living Room, dining space, AC in 3 Rooms, Geyser, RO water, Free high speed Wi-Fi, and Wi-Fi connected TV in Living Room. Three side wide balcony available for sunlight and ventilation. Green plants are there in balcony and main entrance. Maintaining clean Room condition and good housekeeping is the priority of house.

House Rules
This place is very beautifully furnished and safe place for couples, families and friends. This property is suitable up to 16 guest with extra beds. In general, we open IBHK upto 2 Guest, 2BHK upto 4 Guest, 3BHK upto 6 Guest, 4BHK upto 8 guest and 5BHK with extra beds upto 16 Guest. The property is entire place but rooms are opened according to the number of guests.
Guest can use kitchen, refrigerator, oven etc. but in kitchen only vegetarian food (including eggs) is allowed to cook. As we are not charging cleaning fee additional to booking amount, wash kitchen utensils after use and maintain housekeeping as like your own house otherwise cleaning/ utensils washing charges (400Rs per day) will be payable by guest.
Blankets in winter and bedsheets in normal season are provided to guests during stay.
Vehicles can be parked easily and safely outside in front of the property.
Kitchen equipped with Gas, kitchenware, Rice Cooker, Oven, Refrigerator etc. basic items sufficient to serve up to 16 Guest.
All bathroom equipped with geyser (Hot Water).
In general power cut are very rare in this area so no power backup installed at stay. smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited at this place.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
Early Check-in (before 1:00 PM) and Late Check-out (After 9AM) is subject to availability. Additional charges shall be 400Rs per Hours.
. We provide TV with Wi-Fi connection, We have no special subscription of Netflix, hotstar, etc. guest are requested hereby to login theses Apps with their own login IDs and password. During checkout guest are requested to logout the Apps.
.Guest are also requested to corporates if some amenities are not available during their stay. we try our best to provide you comfortable stay as your home.
Smoking and Drinking are not allowed at the property.
Only vegetarian foods (including eggs) are allowed to cook in kitchen. Consumption of food items etc. not allowed in bedrooms. Request to take food items at dining table.

Washing of clothes are not allowed at the property. Nearby washerman is available for service.
As we are not taking the security deposit at the time of booking, if any breakage or damage is found during stay then the amount of damaged item shall be payable by the guest.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
Guest is requested to turn off the lights, Geysers, air conditioners and other electronics equipment at the property when they leave the property.

Note 1: Booking upto two guest, guest cannot claim entire rooms in property. Entire property shall be considered above two guests booking but rooms opened according to number of guest.
Note 2: Visitors/outsiders /friends /relatives of Guests are strictly not allowed to enter at the property during stay. 500Rs per person extra charge will be imposed if found the same.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
