The space
Welcome to our beautiful ground floor house located in the serene and friendly neighborhood of Avadi. This one-bedroom house is suitable for solo travelers, married couples, and families with kids. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and attached bathroom.
The living room is equipped with a multi-purpose desk that can be used for dining or as a workspace for your laptop or home office. It also features a cozy seating area for you to relax and unwind. The house is air-conditioned and comes with free Wi-Fi, ensuring that you stay connected throughout your stay. Additionally, a water heater is available in the bathroom, providing you with the comfort of hot showers whenever you need them.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and basic utensils, making it convenient for you to prepare your meals. In addition, we have a solar inverter for power backup to ensure that you are never left in the dark. For your convenience, a refrigerator is also available to keep your perishables fresh and easily accessible.
Our house is conveniently located near Avadi bus stop, Avadi bus depot, and Avadi railway station, making it easy for you to travel around the city. We are also located near Avadi Lake Park, which is a beautiful place to go for a walk or jog. You can easily access transportation options such as Uber and Ola, making it easy to get around the city. We also have surveillance cameras installed for your safety and security.
We are living on the first floor of the property and will be available in person and over phone for any query, request, or help. We look forward to hosting you and providing you with a comfortable stay.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire ground floor house to themselves, including a spacious parking area which is a common facility for all residents.

Please note that unmarried couples or individuals with intentions of committing adultery are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from staying in our premises. Additionally, smoking, drinking, and any form of substance usage are absolutely NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of your stay without any refund.

Failure to comply with these regulations may result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of your stay without any refund.
>> Only guests who are officially registered are permitted to stay on the property. Your identification and marriage verification will be requested before confirming the booking.
>>Trash collection takes place every morning from 7 to 9 AM. Municipal staff will signal their arrival with a whistle. Kindly provide the garbage in securely tied bin covers.
>>Guests are requested to help conserve electricity and gas during their stay by turning off lights, appliances, and electronic devices when not in use, and by setting the A/C to a reasonable temperature.
>>We kindly request that guests take good care of the rental property and its amenities as if they were their own.
>>As a kind gesture for guests staying over a week, we offer to launder their clothes in our personal washing machine once per week. Managing laundry more frequently than that should be taken care of by the guests.
>>Our solar-powered backup kicks in during power cuts, providing electricity for fans, lights, and wifi. However, heating and cooling appliances won't be supported by the backup during outages.
>>Please inform us of any damages or issues during your stay. Damages to the property or its amenities will result in fines or penalties.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
