We have a very comfortable and quite house near Memmingen Airport, just 13km and 4 minutes far from the Autobahn, and just 7km far from Memmingen city.
We offer our bedroom inside our house to a responsible person. We share the kitchen, bathroom, TV room.
Our house is 300m far from the forest and our 4 cats would like to play with you in our garden.(they stay all the day in the forest and just come home to sleep).

About the Area
Our neighborhood is residential, so you will find mothers with children and dogs on the street walking. Within 5 minutes walk you will find a bakery and a mini market and a chocolate factory which is 15 minutes walk away.
Our house is located 5 minutes walk from the city bus station and about 10 minutes by bus or car to the city center of Memminguen. (bus 965) which goes directly to the train station of Memminguen (station ZOB Steig 7). Keep in mind that it is not a central location, and getting to the center and back sometimes takes some time.

Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
No pets are allowed inside.
Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
Please keep quiet after 10 pm.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
