The room is large, quite and bright with a super comfortable double bed and a beautiful view on the park.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a huge, authentically bathtub from DDR.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful surrounded by a magnificent park.
Shops, supermarkets, amazing bars and clubs, metro and tram stations are all within walking distance.

About the Area
The apartment is very bright and quiet. It is located in a street closed to traffic, while being supercentral: we are behind the famous Warshauer Bridge, three metro stop from Alexander platz.
The building is surrounded by parks, one of which has a delightful fountain.
Frederichsain is the nicest neighborood in Berlin, full of shops and very famous clubs like: Wathergate, Tresor, Club der Visioner, Kater Blau, Wilde Renate, Kit Kat and Berghain.
Moreover it is plenty of amazing bars and tasty restaurants.
East Side Gallery and Mercedes Benz Arena reachable in 10 minutes walking.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

It is not possible to bring other people during the stay.
In the house there are two pets, do not come if you do not love animals.
I ask you to confirm your reservation with a 50% deposit, non-refundable in case of cancellation within 10 days of arrival. Payment can be made by Paypal or bank transfer.
Check in is from 1:00 pm and check out by 10:00 am.
Please show your IDs upon arrival.
Very late check in will be charged with a fee of 15 Euros.
Cleaning fee of 20 Euro to be paid upon arrival.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
