Hello, we are Amélie and Arnaud. We love to travel, and we in turn offer to host travelers, adventurers who wish to discover Paris, the most beautiful city in the world!
The bedroom: this is our living room, the sofa transforms into a very comfortable bed (sofa bed). The room is separated by a curtain. We provide towels, clean sheets, a double duvet and additional blankets if necessary. We speak English and Spanish very well.
The apartment: it is 45m2, and it is located in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, in a very charming historic building, on the 5th floor with elevator. Very well decorated, we take good care of it, and love welcoming people! We will share the bathroom.
The neighborhood: it’s the best neighborhood in Paris. For what ? It is a neighborhood with a strong identity, the “Latin Quarter”. Here you will find small bookstores, independent cinemas, cafes... Very central, you can easily get around on foot. We live 2 minutes walk from the quays, 5 minutes walk from the Pantheon. We will be there to advise you on transport, visits, hidden places, good restaurants... We have even prepared a little guide :)
The atmosphere: we want you to feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, you are free to settle in and cook. The little extra: we love cooking! It is with great pleasure that we will cook good French dishes together :) We live with a very cute big ginger cat. He can be a little noisy at night when he relieves himself, bring earplugs!

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable chez Amélie et Arnaud, qui m'ont accueilli à la fois très chaleureusement et discrètement. L'appartement a beaucoup de charme et est très bien situé. Je recommande.

Amélie was an amazing host. She made sure I felt comfortable, had everything I needed, and she even provided me authentic French breakfast in the mornings. The apartment is very cute, clean, and located in a great area to walk around and explore. I’m very grateful for the hospitality, I highly recommend, and would come again.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
