Ambar’s room is a very cosy bohemian spirited room with warm energy, artistic and very luminous. It is located next to many commerce’s and shops and has several public transportation near. The highlight near the apartment 5 min walk os Park Monceau and 20 min walk from the Arc du Triomphe and Champs Elysées.

General rules
-No smoking please.
-No pets and animals please.
-Respect of the general space and items of the Homestay (If an item is broken, please replace).
-No loud noises and parties, it is a family residential apartment building.
-Please do not invite people to the apartment, there are many cafe and boulangeries in the area for nice meetings outside of the home.
-Please be careful not to loose the house key there is only « one copy » and there shall be a caution of 100€ requested upon arrival and returned at the departure.
Arriving:
-Please remove your shoes at the door upon arriving (for hygiene purposes).
Departure:
-Please Do not forget to turn off the heater when leaving the apartment (If used).
-When leaving please do not forget to lock the door by key it does not lock alone.

I had such an amazing time in Paris thanks to Ambar! She gave me such good tips on where to eat, take walks, thrift etc. Also, she's such a lovely person to talk and listen to. I really felt at home and in good hands :) Would dearly recommend to stay here if you consider visiting Paris!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
