2 minutes from the metro on foot, large private room in a luxury family accommodation of 200 m2 where you will be in complete peace and security with direct access to the 100 m2 terrace with a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower and the Montparnasse Tower .
During your stay, you will benefit from the room with a 160 x 200 x 35 bed.

Access to the 40 m2 dining room from a private bathroom with 1 toilet. Shower, sink + 1 toilet with hand basin in the entrance.
On arrival, coffee, tea, macaroons.

You also have an Auchan and Carrefour food store right in front of the apartment, the prices are very reasonable. You can eat in the dining room or terrace without problem.
Towels, shampoo, shower gel, and hairdryer will be made available to you free of charge.
We have a 400 liter electric water heater where the water is heated at night.
The apartment is to be shared with the owners, as well as 1 cat who is 16 years old and a small dog.
Having attended a large school where I learned to make all the pastries and pastries, I offer you the gourmet French breakfast which is made by me with the best ingredients.

Chocolate will be served to you from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. in the 40 m2 dining room or on the terrace depending on the outside temperature.
Our accommodation is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector and smoke detector, it is accessible to people with reduced mobility, fiber optic internet access and TV.
For security, our Building is under video protection.
We are also open to dialogue and respectful with our guests; we ask that this be reciprocal.
*Attention! For foreigners only It is obligatory to complete the Cerfa Police form in application of article R. 6 111-42 relating to the entry and stay of foreigners, as well as the right to asylum.
We are a bed and breakfast and the official invoice for your stay is given to you for all payments.
* Our rates are decreasing per week, you can request when booking.

Good morning,
You enter a 200 m2 apartment with access to a 100 m2 terrace furnished with two sun loungers, table and 8 chairs, small table for your comfort.
All reservations must be paid in cash on arrival, proof of identity is also required with the individual form which must be completed only for foreigners, it is mandatory, an invoice will be issued.
The floor of the apartment is parquet, for hygiene reasons we ask that shoes remain at the entrance.
At home there is no noise, we close the doors without slamming them.
Entry into the room from 16 hours before on request when booking
Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it like your own home for the duration of your stay.
Nocturnal outings are prohibited; you must enter the apartment no later than 11 p.m. We work, which is why we are demanding about noise and entry and exit into our apartment.
If you want to go out at night, book a hotel. We thank you for your understanding.
Two members of the family speak English.

Catherine is sooo great host! Her house is beautiful, clean, and so nice location from Paris. I really love breakfast cooked by Catherine!! Also, her husband are kind. Dog and two cats are so cute and familiar with people. If you visit Paris, I truly recommend her home.

Belle chambre, claire, aeree et une grande douche moderne et tres bien equipee...mais qui nest pas attenante a la chambre. Le metro n'est pas tres eloigne; la line 13 est l'une des plus utilisee mais attention aux grandes correspondances (montparnasse, Saint Lazare) beaucoup d'escaliers et de tres longs couloirs. Pour les personnes agees, cela peut etre cause de problemes. Catherine et moi-meme sommes tres bavardes, nous avons donc eu de longues conversations sur un peu tous les sujets. C'etait sympa. J'ai super aime la petite chienne et les deux magnifiques chats. Et j'ai surtout apprecie au plus haut niveau l'aide precieuse de l'epoux de Catherine qui s'est gentiment propose de m"accompagner au bus de la RATP en direction de l'aeroport et de porter ma valise.....sans son aide je ne m'en serai pas sortie. En conclusion 6 jours de vacances tres sympas avec en plus un ciel radieux et un automne de reve dans un decors tres agreable. Merci Catherine.

Great hostess and very helpful. Lovely home with a fantastic terrace and only a couple if hundred meters from the metro. I found it to be very handy with supermarket and cafes close by

A home away from home. Catherine is fantastic!! The room sooo comfortable, private bathroom perfect, location excellent! So convenient to metro. Balcony festooned with flowers!! Would definitely stay again if ever I am back in Paris!!!

I was very well looked after at Catherine and Etienne's wonderful apartment. The bed was super comfortable and, from the bedroom, one could step out through the French window onto a lovely, private terrace and enjoy a quiet evening drink there. And from the breakfast table set at the other end of the terrace, one has a clear view of the Eiffel Tower! But most of all, I appreciated the opportunity to listen to and speak French within a family setting and being made to feel totally at home. Thank you!

Catherine was very kind and helpful, always ready to recommend what to and where to go to and also to tell me what might not be worth it. I'm very grateful for all the help she provided without asking any additional fees for making phone calls and verifying things for me. The flat itself is spacious, clean and quiet.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Catherine, la maison était trés spacieuse et trés bien entretenue , ou chaque objet de décor raconte une histoire ,et surtout caractérisée par un ordre méticuleux , j'ai été sensible à la gentillesse et l'attention de notre hôte Catherine avec laquelle j’échangeais des discutions sur nos différentes cultures et cela a permis de mieux nous connaitre , elle était toujours disponible pour nous.
Une famille sympathique et ouverte a la communication , particulièrement la fille Elise , toujours souriante et aimable ; à noter la qualité du petit déjeuner qui était a la hauteur de nos attentes.
Pour visiter Paris et ses alentours je recommande cette hôte ; à bientot !
