Nice house, just outside the city center of Céret, 3 minutes by car.(12000. People living here), destination much beloved by tourists because of arts, climate and weather. We are very near the spanish border (10 kms) and either the sea at 30 kms away from us.
Me (55 years old) living now on my own as my husband died last year (june 2016), I am very much fond of this part of France, (we were in Nice on the french Riviera before and I prefer to be here in a quieter place on country side), we live also with our dogs (4 small one) I share now my house with them and a lot of life experience. I am very happy to welcome people also with dogs, and who love nature and animals are very welcome in my house to share a very special experience..

About the Area
We are located 5 minutes away from the city center in a very nice and quiet place surrounded by nature.
Our house is separted in 2 parts, the main one upstairs over the garden and the forest, with 2 rooms, big bathroom with balneo bathrom (to share), living and dining room, a huge terace overlooking nature.
And the 2nd part, on the lower level, is the garden (500 sq meter), with summer kitchen, small wooden swwimingpool and a wooden little room that is our 2nd rental property.

House Rules
We share in our house our bathroom who is equiped with "Balneotherrapie" and is quite big, so everybody has to say before, when he/she will be using the bathroom space.
We have two toilets, one reserved for the 2 rooms, (ours and the private renting room in the house) and the 2nd (behind our kitchen) that is better for people having our 2nd renting place (little wooden room in the garden).
Our guests, have to tell us one day before, if the want to have breakfast and at what time.
Summer kitchen and little wooden swimmingpool in the garden, are free and for our guests and can be used all the time.
Please after using the kitchen, clean up after !
Please do not invite strangers into our home, if you want to invite a special friend, pls just talk to us and agree it with me in avance !
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own house!
Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
