About the Homestay
I am a French boy who lives in the heart of the magical Prague, Czech Republic. Since my flatmates left the Czech Republic, I would be glad to offer my second and my third room, on two distinct offers.
The flat is historical, spacious (100 square meters), clean and very well located; the location is ideal to start a tour of the city.. The two rooms I'm offering are big, each is with a double size bed, wooden floor, 3 meters high ceilings, wardrobe, desk, WiFi, great location.. The third room is for myself, I'm writing a book these days.
In addition I could provide a tour of the city if our spirits & our agendas match.. :)
Have a good stay & see you soon!!

About the Area
Vinohrady is probably the best place in Prague where you can have your vacations. I'm next to everywhere downtown, accessible by walk, tram, metro, bus; and far away from the touristic crowds. The flat is at 3 min walk to Vaclavske Namesti, Muzeum, Namesti Miru. There is Riegrovy Sady park (with his famous beer garden ) at 3 min by walk. Great rococo architecture all around, fantastic people, full of shops, parks, beer garden, etc..

A few rules: :)
1/. Check-in and check-out time is very flexible, according to your needs and to my daily flow. Ideally, you would arrive in the end of the afternoon and would leave in the morning, but no problem if you want to arrive / leave at different time; just ask me.. Usually, I'm able to make myself free on most of the days, anytime.. ;)
If someone is arriving the day when you are leaving but you want to stay longer, no problem, but I will ask you to pack your luggage and to deposit them in the kitchen or in the lobby at 10am max, so that I will have time to make the washing machine with the towels and bedding, and to prepare the room for my next guests.. Then you can come later in the day to take them back, no problem.. ;)
2/. I have to electronically register / declare each coming guest to the city hall of Prague 2 and also to declare you to the foreign police soon after your arrival - (ID / passport number + fill a paper form and signature)..
3/. No external visitor except you is allowed - I already had drunken guests on another platform who bring people from the street (!!!!!), leading to awkward situation; moreover in case of problem - who will be responsible!?? So the party is outside, please, luckily it's always great fun in the bars & clubs around.. ;)
4/. And at last but not least, please eat outside.. There are plenty of bars and restaurants at a very affordable price just down the corner, otherwise it's on request..
Sorry if I sound a bit dictatorial, but I think it's necessary to point it; thanks.. :-)
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
Gautier is the best host! he is kind and patient. On the first day, he already prepared a map for us with all the local authentic suggestions to explore Prague. Moreover, the room is clean and spacious and the location is close to all the main attractions downtown but not so touristic. I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to explore Prague.
I had such a wonderful time at Gautier's place ! His flat is very well located, in a quiet area with nice restaurants and bars to go to, but not so far away from the main tourist sites. The room is wide and clean, perfect to rest after a long day outside walking through Prague. As for Gautier, he is this kind of superhost you wanna meet in each city you're travelling to ! Really nice guy, with always a good advice to share about the coolest places of Prague, but also offering to spend some time with his guests, we had great time together in the city ! I'll definitely go back to his place when I'll come back to Prague :D
Great welcome from Gautier !
First he picked me up at the train station (which never happened to me before), he gave me very precious for my visits in Prague and even invited me to eat !
He was naturally kind: if all hosts could behave like that, it would be great !
His communication is perfect and his accommodation is very clean and nothing was missing: I was able to do my laundry on the first day.
As for the location, it was even better than I expected. Very quiet area close to the railway station and different services.
If I come back to Prague, I hope I can return to his place if available.
See you soon Gautier and best of luck for the future !
Very well . I am very happy. Il will come back
