We offer as a space the upper floor of an independent house, this floor contains large and independent spaces; we have hall, living room, dining room, living room with balcony, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and interior corridors. The house is very ventilated and illuminated as it has many windows and glass doors and is also located in a very central area of the vedado, from which (just go to 23 street) you can easily access to places of interest of the area, such as the Plaza de la Revolución and the majestic cemetery of Colon, Old Havana, Havana Center and Playa. It is a comfortable space, comfortable, private and ideal for a pleasant stay in a Havana environment.

Regulation of the House
• Payment for accommodation is in advance
• Repay damages for losses, breakages and loss.
• check in 14: 00hrs, check out 12: 00hrs
• Change of sanitary linen and toiletries every 2 days.
• Inaccuracies, scandals and inappropriate behaviors are not allowed
• You will be given a copy of the key to the house and the room.
• Provide guest identity document.
• Do not walk through gardens and pots that are on the outside of the house.
• Visits are not accepted in the interior spaces of the house.
• Pets are not accepted
• Deliver the room when the stay ends.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
