Sonia y su familia son muy amables. Su alojamiento es limpio y espacioso. El desayuno en el jardín es muy bueno y agradable. ¡Recomiendo esta dirección incluso si el gallo del vecino canta temprano en la mañana!

L'environnement immédiat de la casa n'est pas très attirant. Elle fait face à un immeuble défraichi , de meme pour l'arrière.
L'entrée , par contre est très joliment arborée et fleurie avec chaises longues et tables.
Hotes très professionnels et accueillants, parlant parfaitement anglais.
A notre arrivée, Jose Luis est allé acheter et nous a offert une carte WIFI. Merci encore.
Pour des difficultés initiales de réservation de notre part, nous avons du changer de chambre durant notre séjour.
Première nuit ; Chambre pour 3 ou 4, au rdc , à l'arrière de la maison.
Spacieuse. Bonne literie. belle salle d'eau MAIS chambre "éclairée" par une fenetre donnant sur une arrière cour débarras de l'immeuble mitoyen, servant aussi de basse cour ( coq très matinal)
Pour éviter cette vue, on doit fermer les rideaux, donc pièce très sombre.
Deux nuits suivantes.
Nos hotes se sont chargés de monter nos bagages dans l'autre chambre au premier étage pendant notre absence.
Divine surprise; cette seconde chambre est un petit appartement, baigné de lumière.
Une très grande pièce, séparée en deux par une verrière coulissante avec rideau.
Une partie salon.( canapé, table, TV ), une partie chambre bien agencée, une grande salle d'eau élégante. Un petit coin cuisinette avec grand frigo.
Impression mitigée, donc.
Nous ne recommandons certainement pas la première chambre. La deuxième est très agréable.
Manque sans doute également un extérieur plus ouvert, que nous pouvons trouver par ailleurs dans les multiples casas de Varadero.
La casa reste néanmoins bien placée, proche d'une belle partie de la plage, de restos , de la station Viazul, du bureau Cubatur qui est d'une aide précieuse pour organiser ses déplacements.September 2023
Sonia haben wir nur bei unserer Ankunft gesehen um die Verbindlichkeiten zu regeln.
Die Zimmer waren ansprechend und sauber. Sehr netten Kontakt hatten wir zu den "abuelos", die im Haus leben.August 2023
Très bon accueil de Sonia et de son époux. Le logement est fidèle à l'annonce. Les petits-déjeuners sont délicieux et copieux. Idéalement situé pour profiter de la plage dans un quartier calme.

La casa muy cerca de la playa, habitación con aire acondicionado, indispensable cuando hace calor. Desayuno muy rico. Sonia fue muy agradable. Muchas gracias

First of all, the house is located in Varadero (be careful, sometimes you find houses in Varadero but they are located in Matanza). The place is literally 2 minutes walking distance from the amazing beach of Varadero and from restaurants and bars. There is a shopping centre nearby as well. Sonia has been very welcoming and helped us with all what we needed. The room was clean and bathroom completed with everything. Highly recommended.

Die Familie war sehr nett und hilfreich. Die Unterkunft sauber und schön eingerichtet. Einen Aufenthalt kann ich absolut empfehlen!!

The home is lovely. The room is located on the second floor which makes you feel like you have a whole apartment to yourself. It has a living room and kitchen too!
The room was spacious ! . Clean beach and bathroom towels are provided, so is hand soap, shampoo and toiletries . Another thing, the room is safety secured with a lock which you'll be the only one with access to for the remaining of your trip. To add a last layer of safety it has a safety box so you can put your valuables during your stay.
I didn't have Breakfast was at the home, but i saw another host do and it looked delicious. Definitely consider it!
The family is friendly, kind and attentive. Consider their restaurant suggestions! I found some amazing finds through them.
I would rate my stay a 10 out of 10.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sonias Place. The house was easy to reach in walking distance to the Varadero Bus-Station. The rooms were clean and we felt save. Good place to stay if you want to avoid the very touristy areas right in front, eventhough everything one would need is in walking distance.

Room fully matching with pics and description. The house is very close to the beach and you can also find several restaurants in the close surroundings, and banks with ATM as well.
Main BUS station (Omnibus) is at walking distance.
The main night-life district (Boulevard) can be reached with a short taxi trip.Sonia and her family are just perfect hosts.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries).
