The Rio de Agua Viva hostel is Wilfredo's family house. The house is very close to the bus stop and rental cars for La Boca beach, also very close to the colonial train station. At the entrance of the house there is a large portal with swing and armchairs to enjoy the cool of the morning and the neighborhood. The family has prepared for rent two beautiful air-conditioned rooms with split, both located on the first level of the house. Each room has a private interior bathroom with permanent cold and hot water service.
Wilfredo, the host, is a professional bricklayer. He also likes to socialize and share with his guests, but he is very respectful of the privacy and security of his clients. It has many contacts to rent horses, bicycles, rented cars, city guide and its surroundings; so it always keeps its guests well informed about the best places and tourist attractions to visit in the city. Book with Wilfredo, inform him of your arrival time and it will be awaited at the point of arrival if you wish. This house has the advantage that being on the side of the city there are no undesirable noises that disturb the tranquility of the guest in his rest.

Children are allowed, we can arrange a nanny in case you want or need to leave and leave the children at home.
Smoking is permitted, but smoking inside the room is not allowed.

It is not allowed the entrance of people outside the reserve without the authorization of the owners of the lodging.
No misconduct is allowed that violates morality and family functioning.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
