The house is in a quiet area just 5 minutes walk from the Grand Hotel Iberostar Trinidad and Park. We are close to ATMs, bars, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons and massage. The house is very cool, comfortable and the room provides privacy with llavin own door and lock inside, service bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours. Also a terrace on the second floor, offering great views of the whole city, the sea and the mountains. Only they live in the house owners, so you can enjoy tranquility. You can make use of all areas of the house. we can prepare, complete breakfast, lunch and dinner where you can taste the exquisite flavors of the hostess of the house, we will offer chicken, fish, shrimp, lobster, variety of fruits and vegetables. We can help you whenever you need it. we do everything to please you and have a happy stay in our home

The house is situated in a quiet and safe area, we are only 2 blocks that are 8 to 10 minutes walk from the Grand Hotel Iberostar Trinidad five star, finally we are 10 minutes walk from Park Trinidad, where this service of WIFI.La house is 8 minutes from the House Money Exchange, near shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, night clubs recreation, travel agencies, car rentals offices. Podemosa arrange trips to the beach, hiking, horseback riding

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
