Main attractions of the city:
Trinidad is a city, that when visiting it allows you to know not only one of the best preserved cities of America but also to elevate the spirit with the architectural beauties that it possesses and with a past of legends and unrivaled realities. The old mansions and palaces keep a lot of history, still to be discovered. Many of these mansions, now converted into museums, offer visitors the chance to discover the splendor of an era, where the wealth of a few, based on the sugar industry, was sustained by the most infamous of ignominies against the human being: slavery. Located in the south center of the island, it retained its attributes of yesteryear, knew how to handle the deceptions of modernity well and remained firm in its decision to preserve a legacy that has already celebrated its 500th anniversary.
It also has beaches of extraordinary beauty, a tropical climate, a cheerful and welcoming population, a beautiful city, walks and excursions through the mountains, diving in the coral reefs with a diving experience master guide, a disco inside a cave, beautiful landscapes, nightclubs, security.

Proche du centre ville, des chambres confortables et propres. Le point fort est la cour intérieure très arborée, calme et agréable. Un bon séjour ! Attention néanmoins pour les visiteurs avec un véhicule : le garage n'est pas toujours accessible.
Host reply
April 2017
I contacted Teresa before making the booking and specifically requested the family room for 5 people - I explained I was travelling with my husband and three young children and that we wanted to be in the same room together. I also requested a separate room for my brother-in-law who was travelling with us. She replied saying that I should complete the booking and that the rooms would be available for me. The communication was all in Spanish so there was no way that she misunderstood me.
We were therefore very surprised to arrive after a long, hot journey (with three tired, hungry children), to be told that the 5-person room had already been booked and was not available.
I know that mistakes can happen, but we were not even given an apology.
There was no recognition that she had actually replied to my messages reassuring me that the rooms would be available as per my request.
Instead she was quite rude
We found somewhere else to stay - with lovely rooms and much friendlier and more hospitable hosts.
