Modern house with three floors located just 5 meters from the beach. It has two independent rooms with private bathroom with hot and cold water, terrace with sea view and other amenities. People who come to the house can enjoy the view of the Caribbean Sea from our terrace on the third level, where you can also enjoy a delicious breakfast or Cuban food, or balconies in the rooms. It has a seating so that guests can sit and chat and enjoy our favorite of Cuba, Cristal beer. We are a couple of young people who like to receive people from all over the world and share their customs.

About the Area
Our house is located 5m from the beach, just 2 kilometers from the city of Trinidad, is a very beautiful place where the mountains of Topes de Collantes are a place of beautiful and spectacular for hiking and horseback trips vegetation, also it is very close to the Playa Ancon.

Has to be the best view we had over the course of our trip. The grandmother is super nice and helpful. If you travel to trinidad make sure you filter your own water. All in all very nice stay.

We have good stay at Vanessa's home. Vanessa is a very friendly and helpful host. The room was okay, only the mattress was saggy, which made the nights a bit less comfortable. The view on the roof top was beautiful and very much enjoyed while having our breakfast there :)

Vanessa and her husband were very nice. Nice room by the village road with small balcony and rocking chairs. Too bad they had filled the window with styrofoam so that we could not open or look out. This was done to make the ac work better. Good little bar and restaurant 50 meters from the balcony. A small beach 200 m from the house with rough sand. We liked Playa La Boca nice and friendly people. If you want a great beach then the taxi will cost 8 cuc. Wifi in Trinidad 5 cuc by taxi.

Wir hatten zwei entspannte Tage in Playa la Boca. Der Standort ist ideal, um Trinidad zu besichtigen und am Meer zu wohnen. Vanessas Haus ist ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, alles sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden mit einem Begrüßungs Mojito empfangen und einem super Abendessen verwöhnt. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!! How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
