Located in the historic center of Trinidad De Cuba, which is also World Heritage, the house is surrounded by the air of mystery that characterize the Cuban architecture of the nineteenth century. Permacer in their classrooms means looking at the united opulence and erotic taste tropical island emanating Cuba.
Built in 1830 and remodeled in times of the Republic, Colonial House also hosts contemporary touches. The comfort of their air conditioned rooms, excellent view from the terrace and patios for entertainment will make your stay a merger between the old and the modern.
This is coupled with the careful treatment of the owners, Trinidadians retain idiosyncrasy of quienen hospital lived in the village founded by Diego Velázquez. pleasant conversations, visits to cultural centers, traditional cancháchara, good coffee and Cuban cigars are more odorous inducements for every day.
Visit Casa Colonial 1830 means stepping into the wonderful, in the picturesque Trinidad. It means returning in time, and return bathed with salt water of the Caribbean Sea and the incomparable breeze of the Escambray Mountains. Means, laugh and sing, dance and eat. But above all to live.

Yosvaldo always have a smile on his face so, with this good energy, was amazing staying in his house ! Everything there is clean, food is fresh, and the place is professionally managed.
And the terrace is fantastic ! Loved to see sunset from there !January 2020

Sehr schönes Casa Particular schon fast ein Hotel. Wir wurden von Yosvaldo mit einer Tasse Tee sehr herzlich begrüsst. Das Haus hat 10 Zimmer und zwei ganz schöne Terrassen. Eine davon ist eine Dachterrasse und von dort oben hat man eine unglaubliche Aussicht bis ans Meer. Frühstück einfach super!! Hier steht auch WLAN zur Verfügung (mit der ETECSA Karte). Standort ist auch perfekt! Es befinden sich alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
