Hi, I'm Mr. Eyslier Curbelo Fernandez and I have a rental house known for 15 years.
Our house is the only one located exactly opposite the bus station (Bus Station) VIAZUL one of the safest forms of transport and preferred by our foreign visitors, that is why we can provide a pleasant welcome just a few meters.
Just 100 meters from the house is also the main street of the city with its Milanés Theater and where you can easily find the rum factory Guayabita del Pinar (Casa Garay) and the Francisco Donatien tobacco factory, museums and nightclubs.
We offer you a spacious apartment on the second floor with total privacy and lighting with a balcony where you can feel the live and culture of our province, a lively terrace with a variety of natural plants and where you can read and sunbathe, 2 spacious beds for 4 people, freezer, air conditioning, TV, fan and in your bathroom hot and cold water 24 hours, we also offer laundry service, cocktails, and preparation of delicious dinners and breakfast. We also have WIFI service, access to the house phone, perfect knowledge of the English language, parking, and a specialized taxi service where we can advise on how to visit the famous Alejandro Robaina plantations, the María la Gorda dive center, Cayo beach Jutias, ranch La Guabina for those who prefer fighting cocks and thoroughbred horses, among others.
We also recommend safe and comfortable places throughout the island to make your stay in our country unforgettable. We hope for your visit in our house, a house that is distinguished by the authentic way of treating customers, where there are no improvisations and where we attend to detail all your needs.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
