3 private rooms for rent with WIFI and private bathroom each. Located in front of the sea of the bay of pigs in Caleton, a fishing village in Playa Larga Cuba. 2 rooms upstairs #1 (1 double bed + 1 personal bed with a maximum capacity of 3 people) and #2 (2 double beds with a maximum capacity of 4 people) and ground floor, #3 (2 double beds + 1 personal bed with maximum capacity of 5 people), all rooms have independent entrance. At home we have internet available (WI-FI) FREE 24 hours. The house has 4 rooms, of which we subtract 3 of them and we live in the fourth, we are always at home at your disposal. CHECK-IN: 15:00 - 21:00; CHECK-OUT: 11:00. PAYMENT: Owner can ask to pay the entire reservation cost before your arrival at Casa Pelicano Jocaos.

About the Area
Our house is located just a few meters from the sea and 40 meters from the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors too. From our location you can enjoy good views of the sea. (the house has 3 large terraces)

1-"PAYMENT METHOD": Once the guest pays 15% to Homestay.com online, the host requests an advance payment. We request full payment in advance, a link will be sent to proceed with the payment.
2-"CANCELLATION POLICIES": To cancel the reservation, the guest needs to contact us at least "7 days before" the day of arrival for a refund of his money.
3-Turn off the air conditioners when leaving the room
4-Smoking is only allowed outside the rooms.

I had a lovely stay at Hostal Pelicano Jocaos. The room is very spacious and has its own bathroom and fridge and the hostal is close to the beach. The family is very friendly. The directions on homestay are not very clear, but if you write 'hostal pelicano' on Google Maps it's easy to find. I recommend this place.

Pasamos 2 noches en Playa Larga en la casa Pelicano. Ismael y su familia son geniales. Ismael nos recomendó y organizó varias excursiones estupendas, ¡gracias! La comida también es estupenda. Desayunamos allí todos los días - hay una gran selección y todo está hecho con mucho cariño. La cena también es muy sabrosa.

Fuemos en su casa en abril de 2022. Los anfitriones fueron muy agradables y el desayuno y la comida deliciosos. La casa esta a pocos metros de la playa lo cual es inmejorable. A nuestros hijos de 8 y 10 anos les encanto y nosotros tambien. Sophia, de Francia.

Great to have you own floor with a sea view. The advantage of the casa was also that it was nearby the beach. And nearby is 10 meters. Top casa to stay and explore Playa Larga!

De locatie is perfect, uitzicht op de Varkensbaai en zowat pal aan het strand. Verder zijn er eet- en drinkgelegenheden op loopafstand.
We hebben er niet goed geslapen, want het matras als de kussens waren nogal hard en bobbellig, de airco maakte nogal een hard geluid en de douchestraal is echt een pisstraaltje. Op de laatste ochtend konden we niet eens douchen, omdat er geen water uitkwam. Heel jammer, want qua grootte is de badkamer ruim.Host reply

Hôte très sympathique, si vous aimé la pêche il n'hésitera pas à vous proposé une sortie de pêche.
Par contre le soir attention au moustiques en grand nombre, petits et très voraces. Ne surtout pas oublier de prévoir un anti moustique (impératif)Host reply

Casa idéalement placé au bord de plage , Jose est agréable , acceuil chaleureux , petit dejeuner sur la baie des cochons ( super ).

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
