Independent Apartment Located on the Central Boulevard of San Rafael, fully air-conditioned, which is very convenient for our Caribbean climate, located on the first floor of an old building with a very good structure, on the floor there are only 4 apartments, inside we have a minimalist and unique style suitable to meet all the needs of our guests.
The apartment on the ground floor has a living room, kitchen equipped with everything necessary to make cooking an easy task for guests, the bathroom has an electric shower with hot and cold water, bathing slippers for 2 people, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, solid soap, mirror, towels, floor mat
The room is accessed through a spiral staircase. The room is spacious and has a large double bed, closet, 43-inch flat-screen television with 56 national and international channels.
If you like to listen to music, we also have an audio system through which you can listen to the music of your choice at the volume you want.
We provide cleaning services every 3 days or at the guest's disposal, as well as changing towels, blankets and bedding
We have Wi-Fi connection all the time and of good quality
Once you are in our accommodation you can use our help and services whenever you need us.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
