Apartment for rent with an excellent location, with two very spacious, air-conditioned and cozy rooms, designed to provide you with a comfortable and pleasant stay. Each room has its own bathroom, so that guests have greater comfort and privacy. The host of the apartment, Oscar, is always at the disposal of his visitors, he is a very communicative and sociable person.
If the client wishes, breakfast is offered that includes coffee, milk, natural fruit juices, bread, butter, cheese, ham and other products according to availability. The price will be a la carte. (Each product has a price). (Breakfast is not included in the price paid for the accommodation).
The service is offered to locate taxis that take them to different destinations inside or outside the city of Havana, as well as help to make reservations in hotels or houses in other tourist places in the country, as well as other reservations within the city . The laundry service is also offered, the price of which is made known to you, each piece of clothing has a price.
Due to the central location of the apartment, you can access various places, both cultural and gastronomic, on foot. For example; Just 300 meters away is the Capitol and among other nearby tourist facilities are the Central Park and Paseo del Prado, the Gran Teatro de La Habana Alicia Alonso, the Historic Center of the City (Old Havana), the Floridita Restaurant, the Museo National Museum of Fine Arts, the Malecón on Galiano street, a 10-minute walk away, hotels, etc.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
