About the Area
Cubans consider Vedado their favourite neighbourhood. It is clean, safe, filled with entertainment, and has several museums, recognized restaurants, and a lively nightlife.
The house is Just a few steps away from the iconic Plaza de la Revolución, the historical and World Heritage Site Colon Cemetery, and the Malecon, a great place to walk and enjoy the sea breeze.
We have compiled a guide that includes numerous restaurants and bars and Salsa meetings every night in the restaurant bar 1930. Also nearby is the Fabrica de Arte Cubano, a culture multicenter where you can learn about Cuban art's modern style while listening to different music genres and enjoying a cocktail bar. In addition to the swimming pool, the Club 500 and the National Hotel of Cuba offer gastronomy and an ocean-view terrace.

House Rules
We live in a residential area and our character as a guest house obliges us to establish rules that preserve everyone's tranquility as much as possible.
We ask you to respect the following guidelines:
- The terrace is for the exclusive use of guests and friends of the house. Guests can still receive friends, but only on the terrace. They will not be able to access the rooms.
- When adding a new guest to the reservation during your stay, the main guest agrees to ensure payment and provide the appropriate documentation for the registration of the new guest to the room before settling there.
- We recommend avoiding noise after 11 p.m.
- The terrace is accessible from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Its access may be restricted in the event of rain or conditions beyond our control.
Smoking Rules
Your host smokes.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
